Retirement Consulting Agreement / ADV                     Retirement Plan Consulting Agreement

The Professionals at Robertson Ryan Financial Services provide three distinct services to 401(k) and Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans.  Our Consulting, Advisory, and ongoing Employee Education services help the Plan Trustees meet their Fiduciary responsibilities and obligations to the Plan Participants. 

We view the Consulting process as a thorough, honest, and open dialogue about understanding the goals for offering the retirement plan.  Retirement Plans are complex and often without easy answers.  We include our Consultative process to ensure a meaningful examination of each goal and address all possible solutions to arrive at a prudent solution. 

Our ongoing Advisory is meant to address the selection and monitoring process for the investment options made available in the retirement plan and determine the tools to help Plan Participants choose their own investments.

Lastly, our ongoing Employee Education services are meant to help all Plan Participants and newly Eligible Employees understand the retirement plan benefit.  Often the retirement plan is thought of as solely an investment vehicle.  We realize a well-designed Employer Sponsored Retirement Plan is often the Plan Participants main financial planning tool.  Our goal is to help each Plan Participant get the most out of this benefit with ongoing personal support.
